Union of Al-Qalaa Municipalities
The mayor of Tebnine also heads the Union of Al-Qalaa Municipalities. Some campaigns and projects — health campaigns especially — are run through the union rather than the municipality directly.

Law 28/2017 requires a response to an information request within fifteen days, and publication of expenditure above five million Lebanese pounds.
